Rick Mayes

Rick Mayes is an associate professor of public policy in the political science department at the University of Richmond. He is also a visiting adjunct instructor at the University of Virginia. From 1992 to 1993, he worked on Medicaid policy for the White House Office during the George H.W. Bush administration.
