Grace Elizabeth Hale

Grace Elizabeth Hale is the Commonwealth Professor of American Studies and Professor of History at the University of Virginia, where her work focuses on 20th century U.S. cultural history, the history of the south, documentary studies and sound studies.

Hale was a consultant for the Lived Theology and Race Workgroup.
