The Courtyard Marriot Charlottesville, where all out-of-town participants will be staying, is located 1201 West Main Street. All Institute events are within walking distance of the hotel.

Reminder for Reimbursements:
If you are driving, you simply need to let us know your total mileage for reimbursement. If you are flying, you *MUST* save your boarding passes and itinerary – UVA requires full documentation of travel (boarding passes for all legs of the trip and itinerary) in order to be reimbursed.
Taking a taxi (and saving the receipt!) will be the best way to get from the Charlottesville Airport to the hotel and UVa grounds. We may also be able to pick you up depending on your arrival time. Please arrange with Jenny McBride.
